The Nubar Library holds a collection of approximately 1,500 journal and newspaper series, mostly in Armenian.

Newspapers published in Constantinople between the 1870s and 1920s, many that are today unobtainable in Istanbul and Yerevan, form the core of the collection. The Nubar Library collection also includes a large number of Armenian periodicals (daily newspapers, magazines, literary and academic journals, etc.) published in Soviet Armenia and in various communities of the Armenian diaspora, such as Lebanon, Egypt, France, Argentina, the USA, Italy, etc.

Among the titles available to readers on this website, it is worth noting the importance of the French-language daily La Renaissance, published in Constantinople between 1918 and 1920, of which the Nubar Library holds one of the only existing complete collections.
